Damaged bags by United Airlines.

I traveled to Atlanta from Cape Town, my suitcases got broken, I reported the damaged goods United promised to replace one bag and fix the other. I was hoping they will do that I can travel back home because my clothes were all over.

Unite Airlines never replace any, I wrote emails, I signed claim forms and followed up but till today they give me a run around.
