Horror - United Meat & Chicken Sharpeville service

I reside in East Rand but home is vaal so I was on Easter holidays. I visited United Meat & Chicken bought 5kg drumsticks on sale for R149.99 on the 31st of March 2018. As i was preparing the Sunday dinner with my family, i could taste a bad taste as i was taking my first bite. I then called ********** (Vereeniging branch) the following day and the guy told me that they can't assist as these are Franchises then gave me the office number that didn't even ring but he also gave me a cellphone number for the guys (Quinton) who works at the store in question and Quinton was protecting the store telling me that they never had complains before on the meat they sell. He refused to give me the owner/ manager's number. I asked my mother in law as I'm not around vaal to can report the matter in person and she was also told the same thing and they refused to assist her.

I feel like this store has no respect for its customers if we are to get this kind of service for the money we are paying. I will not rest until they are exposed
