Bad bad medical insurance
This is the worst medical insurance One day they willing to help you the other day they're not willing to help you My son is sick Tell me I need to speak to the online doctor no stars for them I'm canceling my medical insurance with them and will also speak to my colleagues about my experience with them based on what i told them my son my son dont need to see a dokter . What a joke

Our managed-care process requires a brief symptom assessment by a qualified Nurse to ensure the most appropriate care, which may include a pharmacy nurse, online consultation or in-person GP visit. This process is intended to support you and not restrict access to care. We will request one of our nurses to contact you to ensure you were assisted as needed.
