Jack and Nigel, overpromise and under deliver. I wonder how people like this sleep.

I was quoted for a container including delivery. After I paid a delivery date was confirmed. When the container didn't arrive and I contacted them they came with a story that I need to pay extra for insurance that wat more than double the amount of the transport costs and the best part is that it was refundable. It sounded dodgy so we cancelled the order. Since 10 May 2021, they have not paid the refund. Obviously they say they have but they are unable to supply a proof of payment. Please beware it seems that the over 30 years off experience they are talking about is in scammer people out of money.
