Poor service

In January I app**** for a in contact course and made all the payments ( trust fund ) after a few days I saw my acceptance letter written that it was a distance learning program, so we went there and asked for a refund and I was informed that Sanlam should write an email requesting a refund and Sanlam did exactly that , when we went there we were told that refunds normal take 14 days but till today uj has not refunded my money/ Sanlam , uj does not give any updates regarding the refund and whatsoever
