Don’t Bother Enquiring

I enquired asking for general advice as to which Honours course would be the best fit for my career pivot (I hold a degree that matches the requirements for both), and after waiting for three days they responded with a generic email REFERRING me to the course admission requirements.

Like, thanks I know how to read - I’ve obviously looked at it or else I wouldn’t even bother enquiring. All I wanted to know the best course of action. Honestly, how these universities are still around and TEACHING when they themselves are so illiterate baffles me.
