Poor service from Unjani Clinic Greenfields

Dear Unjani Greenfields

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your Unjani Clinic from Caroline Lepele.

I was billed R680 for a consultation during which no diagnosis was conducted and no treatment was provided. I was merely referred to go and see a doctor elsewhere. In my view, this does not justify the amount charged.

Paying such a high fee for a visit where no medical assessment or meaningful service was rendered is unreasonable and unacceptable. The experience reflects poor service and a lack of value for patients.

I request a clear explanation for this charge and would appreciate a review of the billing, including consideration of a refund or adjustment.

I look forward to your response and a fair resolution of this matter.
