Good day I went to your Sontonga unjani clinic on the 16th Of May 2026 for Sonar. I am not happy with how things went, it seems like the lady who was assisting didn't know much about the mechine she kept making calls to someone asking how does the machine work I slept on the bed almost 30mins didn't even hear my baby's heart beat so at this point I don't even know if my baby is OK or not but I paid a full amount of R300 for sonar. Your feedback will be really appreciated because this is frustrating.

Unjani clinic South view Soshanguve, closing time is 7pm I was there by 6:20pm and the gates were already closed. Why are they closing before time. I traveled far just to go there and find them closed before time

Dear Unjani Greenfields I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your Unjani Clinic from Caroline Lepele. I was billed R680 for a consultation during which no diagnosis was conducted and no treatment was provided. I was merely referred to go and see a doctor elsewhere. In my view, this does not justify the amount charged. Paying such a high fee for a visit where no medical assessment or meaningful service was rendered is unreasonable and unacceptable. The experience reflects poor service and a lack of value for patients. I request a clear explanation for this charge and would appreciate a review of the billing, including consideration of a refund or adjustment. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution of this matter. Kind regards, Luphumlo

I actually give this one A BIG ZERO, or no star at all. On Saturday I took my elderly mother to Unjani Clinic in Motherwell. I have always thought this establishment is lacking in service but since it's services by nurses my standards had to go down a bit. Upon entering the waiting area, I was requested by the reception nurse to registering and make payment. I had to enter my details twice because, "FNB has a problem, this happens sometimes..." she said. After a short while I noticed that their FNB payment device deducted the fees twice. I showed her the sms's and the proof on my banking app that the money is gone. She then apologised and said she will give me my money back, even though the money might get reversed she said. She then went on and on about not trusting me that I will return the money in the event that the money it returned somehow in my card. This went on and on until I said she must keep the money. But she decided to insist and gave the money to my sickly mother because I refused to take after she had insulted me, **** by going back on her word and by just giving me such bad service. I have two pet peeves, ****s and Bad Service, and she gave me those on a platter to the point that I broke down in tears (on top of dealing with my mother's illness) and walked away from this terrible person. Long story short, today is Wednesday, I have not receive the money back in my bank account but she has been relentlessly harassing me and my mother on the phone everyday. I have just got off the phone now with her. She was rude to me, going as far asking me, "Do you know who I am?!" I explained to her that I have no responsibility to her other than returning the money if my bank returns it into my bank account, which has not happened yet. I don't know her name but this person has a massive chip on their shoulder and I shudder to think what she has been doing to other clients in my position. I will never go to their establishment or recommend anyone else to do so.

On 25/09/25 I had Avery bad experience at unjani kgMall I wish they could be very clear about their fees not this thing of telling you by words ...someone referred me there telling me the consultation fee plus medication is R300 only to be charged R500 and a receipt would help it feels like someone is making some extra cash especially when paying cash
