Waiting time sucks, I was in the queue for over 4 hours. At some point we had to excuse the Dr while she eats. I was skeptical about coming her and I regret it.

They make debits on my account without any notice. I went to the branch and they literally told me they cannot assist, their call centre is pathetic you get sent from pillar to post. I am disgusted with the treatment I get from Nedbank. I literally can't wait till I'm done with their pathetic loan. Apparently, I was handed over to attorneys because of a mess they put into by giving ****mer my personal information. I am utterly disgusted
I got a mysterious debit from then on a date we never agreed upon. When I inquired about it I was told that they received an SMS to change my debit date, they don't want to confirm where the SMS came from but they confirmed it was not from my number. How can they take instructions from a number that's not on my profile??? I am still awaiting a call regarding an explanation, it's been 4 days now. IT LITERALLY MEANS ANYONE CAN ACCESS YOUR POLICIES WITH NO SECURITY VERIFICATION BEING DONE.
Telkom added R200 to my bill because I changed the debit order date. The lady I spoke to when changing my payment date did not advise that there would be costs added when I change my payment date. Another gentleman called me and advise that he cannot give me the lady's name or the reference for that call because "Telkom does not allow it", his call miraculously went mute when asked for HIS name. He refused to give a reference as well. I fail to understand why there would be a penalty of A WHOLE R200 for changing my payment date. I am disappointed, most especially because I have been a loyal customer for years.
There is only ONE person who deals with child maintenance enquires (Solly) who always willing to help. In his absence one will never get assistance, there is a lady there by the name of Bongi who treats us though she's doing a favor. Their phones do not work, meaning one has to take a day off work to sit on those benches and get no assistance (unless Solly is there).
I am an Affinity Member and the service offered by Gabisile M is always remarkable.
