Good day I went to your Sontonga unjani clinic on the 16th Of May 2026 for Sonar. I am not happy with how things went, it seems like the lady who was assisting didn't know much about the mechine she kept making calls to someone asking how does the machine work I slept on the bed almost 30mins didn't even hear my baby's heart beat so at this point I don't even know if my baby is OK or not but I paid a full amount of R300 for sonar. Your feedback will be really appreciated because this is frustrating.
I am so angry with blue label i had a very bad experience from the very first month of activating a contract with them I have been double debited for 4 months no when i call in was told to send my bank statement i did send however whenever i call in to do a follow up regarding my refund they tell me they can't see my statement . I spoke to one of the supervisors he told me i will receive a feedback in 21days its been 3 months now waiting for my refund and they are still double debiting from my account
