Today I went to unjani clinic freedom park in Soweto n I had the worst experience 1st the nurse ws nt friendly at all she belongs to public clinics at unjani we are paying she's such an amateur 2nd she gave us medication dt is expiring next month she ddnt even bother to check the child she jst asked wts wrong den we told her she stand up n take medication n give us it ws like we went to the pharmacy even the way she looks at patients and her attitude is out of line m so disappointed
Today I went to OK furniture Southgate mall they shop is closing at 13:00 wen I gt there it ws 12 :53 the doors was already closed the employee came to the door he ws light in complexion I asked if I can come in since its nt yet 13:00 n the item i wanted ws on promo n promo ws ending today he refused told me dt dy already cashing up i asked how cz its nt yet 13:00 he sticked to his words dt he cannot let me in anada 2 more customers came still he refused to let us in i wonder how u run ur business wst kind of business wu says no to mney dy lost me as a customer n my family members m so disappointed
Pick n pay ASAP must be canceled its very useless fr the 3rd time I ordered sum groceries and the delivery time keep on increasing i made an order around 16:35 now the time increased to 19:00 estimated delivery time i mean what's the hell is that they r very useless like their drivers dy r very petty and rude Checkers still remains number 1 compared to this bunch of loosers
Yesterday on Sunday I went to checkers Southgate mall for my monthly groceries I bought 2 trays of chicken drumsticks each tray hv 16 pieces wen I get home wen I had to separate the meat I discovered that there is an odd smell the chicken smells rotten i thot myb m imagining things both trays wer spoiled today I wanted to cook the chicken immediately wen it starts boiling the smell gt worse wen I go n check the trays the chicken wrote sell by 27/07/25 and use by 27/07/25 I bought it after 4 y wer dy still keeping it in the fridge fr customers to purchase checkers hv ****med me now m stuck with this rotten meat in my fridge
I took a policy with sanlam 2022 I was paying 250 for 30000 then without notifying me 2023 the policy went up to 270 then boom the policy now is deducting 394 m shocked how did I reach 394 from 250 then in 3 years m paying so much im tired of sanlam really if its nt their consultant who open new policies under my name without my knowledge is their premium going crazy high i want them to cancel the policy with me wn I want my money back since I never claimed ppl must be careful with sanlam they are big ****mers
Last week I received a call from a lady called Thuli she's the 1 who helped me to open sanlam policy she said to me she's just checking if everything is still fine I said yes besides the fact that the premium increases every year by 10% without me being notified she said she will fix it and I wanted to add my 2nd born swell. She then asked for my ID copy and payslip later that day I received msge from capital saying I must approve sanlam debit check n I received massage from sanlam at my policy has been approved il be paying 227 onto of the 270 I was paying sanlam is ****ming us money I sent email with no response from them I want to cancel the stupid policy n dy must give me all my money I paid coz dy can't be trusted
Uber eats deducted money twice for my order on the 7th and again on the 15th wen i contacted them they said on the 7th it declined on their side so Capitec must refund me wen i went to Capitec they say dy want a letter of go ahead from Uber eats dt they can refund me Uber eats dsnt want to give me a letter iv been sending emails after emails they dont respond yesterday i received email dt dy r closing the case i dnt knw how cz it hasn't been resolved m disappointed on them all i want is a letter so dt i can get my money back
On the 7th of march I placed an order via Uber eats the money was deducted from my acc was R374 and again on the 15th another R374 was deducted from my account i contacted Capitec they say they logged it i must follow up after 24hrs i contacted Uber dy said 1st transaction declined on their side dts y dey deducted again on my statement its still showing pending wen i cal Capitec again dy said they want a letter from uber to say that they must refund me without a letter dy wont help me uber is taking me from pillar to post dy say Capitec must refund me Capitec is saying uber must refund me m very disappointed cz i need that money is ds how Capitec is treating their customers cz if is still pending den it means money ddnt reach uber account so its still with Capitec dy jst dont want to refund me
Yesterday i ordered gravy,pap n relish x3 1 ws mild then 2 hot i received dry rice with no relish all of the plates wer mild der ws no hot the meat ws very dry like i didn't understand wat ws going on m so disappointed i just threw my money in a bin
On the 16th june i went to checkers to buy some groceries i used scan to pay den the money went out on my account but at the till it kept on saying processing.I ws told to wait until the till is done it took almost 45min of me waiting until the supervisor Constance told me to pay again because the 1st one will definitely reverse i did explain to her dt i dnt hv enough money but however il use my sister's money since she said it will reverse within 24hours i wanted and the money never reversed last week Sunday i went to the stop i found supervisor called Nonkululeko if i remember well she told me a hell long story n gave me email address to email my statement i emailed the statement the very same Sunday till today i never received a response or my refund im very angry and disappointed i feel like now dy testing my patients the customer service is horrible i need my money otherwise they will see what i am made of i cannot be sent from piller to post with my money dts bull ****
