Not happy with unjani clinic service

Good day

I went to your Sontonga unjani clinic on the 16th Of May 2026 for Sonar.

I am not happy with how things went, it seems like the lady who was assisting didn't know much about the mechine she kept making calls to someone asking how does the machine work I slept on the bed almost 30mins didn't even hear my baby's heart beat so at this point I don't even know if my baby is OK or not but I paid a full amount of R300 for sonar.

Your feedback will be really appreciated because this is frustrating.
