I actually give this one A BIG ZERO, or no star at all. On Saturday I took my elderly mother to Unjani Clinic in Motherwell. I have always thought this establishment is lacking in service but since it's services by nurses my standards had to go down a bit. Upon entering the waiting area, I was requested by the reception nurse to registering and make payment. I had to enter my details twice because, "FNB has a problem, this happens sometimes..." she said. After a short while I noticed that their FNB payment device deducted the fees twice. I showed her the sms's and the proof on my banking app that the money is gone. She then apologised and said she will give me my money back, even though the money might get reversed she said. She then went on and on about not trusting me that I will return the money in the event that the money it returned somehow in my card. This went on and on until I said she must keep the money. But she decided to insist and gave the money to my sickly mother because I refused to take after she had insulted me, **** by going back on her word and by just giving me such bad service. I have two pet peeves, ****s and Bad Service, and she gave me those on a platter to the point that I broke down in tears (on top of dealing with my mother's illness) and walked away from this terrible person. Long story short, today is Wednesday, I have not receive the money back in my bank account but she has been relentlessly harassing me and my mother on the phone everyday. I have just got off the phone now with her. She was rude to me, going as far asking me, "Do you know who I am?!" I explained to her that I have no responsibility to her other than returning the money if my bank returns it into my bank account, which has not happened yet. I don't know her name but this person has a massive chip on their shoulder and I shudder to think what she has been doing to other clients in my position. I will never go to their establishment or recommend anyone else to do so.
I recently encountered a serious issue with B2BHint, a company that claims to offer business data services. After discovering that they were hosting both my personal and business information without my consent, I reached out to request its removal. To my surprise, they demanded R2000 to delete my data! This is not only ********* but also potentially ********. In South Africa, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), individuals have the right to request the removal of their personal data without being charged. This practice of charging a hefty fee for data removal feels like an exploitation of individuals and businesses who simply want to safeguard their privacy. B2BHint’s actions seem to violate fundamental data protection rights, and I believe they should be held accountable for this. Charging for a simple data removal request is nothing short of ******ion, and I strongly urge others to be cautious when interacting with this platform. I am urging B2BHint to reconsider their approach, comply with local privacy laws, and remove this unjustified fee for data removal.

My mother took out a phone contract with Mr Price Mobile a year ago. Soon after doing so her bank account was inundated with debit orders for things she never agreed to, over and above what she signed up for. We later managed to stop this criminal behaviour and stopped all unlawful billings on her account. However, the company didn't stop there they kept sending her SMS demanding payment for airtime billing she never used or received from them. After numerous calls and promises from Mr Price Mobile customer call center consultants that they will rectify this erroneous activities apologising for the errors they nevertheless cut off service last month and demander more than R400 billing fees to be paid. This billing was off course not correct because my mother pays R130 every month for R129 contract every month (note she pays R1.00) more than what she should pay. She received R100 airtime as per her contract and once she uses R100 airtime she gets no other airtime and has to load prepaid airtime to continue for that month. Never had she ever received any more airtime beyond the R100 she gets. This has been explained to them and every time they apologized and promised to rectify mistakes yet the problem continues and they still demand payment for service she never received. Please help us in resolving this issue.
