Claim delayed

Morning my name is E.Hlongwane TU020259509 membership number,I lodged a claim on the 02/04/2025 ever since I dd so my claim has not being process,they keep telling me that they are still processing it or they will call me if i make a follow up,yet nothing they asked for my contract I send them every docs they needed but still to this day they have not processed my claim and my car is standing due to the claim not being process.
