Claim delayed
Morning my name is E.Hlongwane TU020259509 membership number,I lodged a claim on the 02/04/2025 ever since I dd so my claim has not being process,they keep telling me that they are still processing it or they will call me if i make a follow up,yet nothing they asked for my contract I send them every docs they needed but still to this day they have not processed my claim and my car is standing due to the claim not being process.

I received a call from unlimited Insurance agent offering me a package on my way home I had cancelled my package 3 years I advised the agent to call in 30 minutes as my battery was going to die. The agent did not call back I'm am seeing unauthorized debits in my account this morning another debit order I have consulted my bank. I want unlimited to refund me my money

POPI act not being followed and agent hung up after
I received a marketing call from Unlimited insurance on a saturday and the agent was not aware of the POPI act. I had asked who gave them the right to call me for marketing and the agent responded they got my details from a database. Please remove my details ASAP and ensure the agent receives proper training as she hung up on me. called time, 17th June @9h51am from 0871883093

When I phones them back and told bank say Unlimited did not pay. Now they come with long Ng story not to pay. Breach of POPI ACT
Clear breach of POPI ACT!!! These people call us claiming that they received our numbers from our colleagues. Even telling us what kinds of vehicles we are driving and our colleagues names. That information is very private and a clear breach of the POPI Act if they managed to source the information. I called the colleague in question and they stated that this company used my name and stated that I gave them their numbers as well. I'm really upset at the shenanigans these people are running!

I have been struggling to claim for the past two months for my claim but when they take they debit order they don't waste time I have send various emails spoke to alot of consultants and they all they the same thing and then don't come back to you they un help full I feel like they have frauded me it's so painfull when they sell the product all good but no claim I need help to take this further can I get assistance

Insulting and extremely bad service from Unlimited Insurance (0871312800)
Just recieved a call from a very rude consultant calling from 0871312800 (truecaller reviled the company as Unlimited Insurance). The call was recieved at 17:02 Thursday 27 August 2020. Upon informing the caller that I was in the meeting and she pronounced my name incorrectly, she went on to say "what kind of a man with has a woman name, what the ****" and slam the phone on me. Extremely insulting and unprofessional to say the least. For UNLIMELITED INSURANCE, I would highly not recommend anyone to them due to their telesellers' level of unprofessionalism like I experienced today. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU TAKE THIS RATING AND FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY.
