The King Online service has gone down. My last three orders were delivered beyond the 2-5 business day window. They have not responded to my emails or answered their phones. I have had to follow up multiple times before my orders were delivered. This is very frustrating, as they are not adhering to their terms and conditions.
I brought my car to Finches Motor Centre in Kya Sands for a major service on 19th September. Unfortunately, they did not perform a thorough inspection during the service, and despite my request, I have yet to receive a detailed report on the work that was done. Adding to the frustration, I contacted Bosch's head office via their website, but have not received any response from them. Although the company has suggested I bring my car back for them to assess the remaining work, I am hesitant to do so because they did not meet my initial expectations. I have lost trust in this company and suspect they may be using the Bosch name for business without following the necessary protocols for being a registered provider. I strongly caution against leaving your car in their care. If you do choose to, do make sure you obtain a comprehensive report of the services performed on your vehicle before leaving their premises.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY ONE DEAL A DAY! THEY ARE USING SIMILAR BRANDING TO ONE DAY ONLY DEALS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS BUYING THEIR BELOW STANDARD PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, THE CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ADDRESS IS A WEIRD EMAIL ADDRESS jng1jygjdn@demomail.org. THEY ALSO ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO USE THECOURIERCOMPANY TO RETURN GOODS. Consultant that called hung up on the call after she swore me in her language. I told consultant to must remove me from there database and never call me again which I have informed of many times before, they still call!!!! They should maybe get more training on how to be respectful rather than riding bikes, eating popcorn etc in their office.
Do not take your car to Dent Tech in Strydom Park, you get your car back with broken parts. You be better off going elsewhere and have peace of mind that your car will not be damaged while in their panel beaters. They damaged the aircon vent which was no where near to the bumper that had to be repaired. What makes it worse is they did not follow up to rectify as they had promised. They clearly do not understand the huge inconvenienced they have placed on us due to their wrong doing. We have been given 3 different answers on how long this would take to rectify and they have said they will not arrange a loan car or come out to our offices to replace the vent, which would take 15 / 20 minutes. The director wasn't any help either which is a mirror reflection of their staff. This experience doesn't leave me with much faith that they did a proper job on the repairs to the bumper and they even care to fix our aircon vent without taking 3 hours from work to go to them to fix the car.
The emergency consultant Mothusi Onassis Masela was efficient to ensure my call was attended to asap. My car wouldn't start when calling roadside assist for Discovery my claim was handled with a friendly helpful voice and they gave me assurance that my issue would be resolved within 30 mins and it was! Thank you and keep up the awesome service.
Outsurance are taking their clients for a ride!!! They are offer car hire option which is then paid monthly to Outsurance whether you use it or not.<br> <br> AVIS charge R3,070 for excess should anything happen plus costs for windscreen and tyre claims and Outsurance get on of the lowest car options. I got a Honda Brio manual and I drive a CRV automatic, no thought went into that either when arranging a car for me.<br> <br> If anything should happen to the AVIS car then the Outsurance client will be in for more fees to be paid. This is not acceptable.<br> <br> The consultant did not contact Avis or speak to the senior management regarding my claim before calling me back to rectify the problem which creates more frustration.<br> <br> Outsurance have made a note of this to be address going forward but what happens to clients that are sitting with this problem now?? <br> <br> Advise, do not be taken for a ride by Outsurance as they do not honor their word to making clients claims stress free.
