My complain is related to the electricity usage during down-time/loadshadding. This could be a @Eskom matter. I have been suspecting that each time we under go loadshadding, my prepaid units drop drastically each time power comes back. This evening at 19:57, i did the reading on my prepaid monitor and recorded 40.95kw, and immediately at 22H00 when power was restored, the prepaid monitor reading is now 30.88 kw. the question therefore is what happened to the 10.07 kw as I had no power then?
Just recieved a call from a very rude consultant calling from 0871312800 (truecaller reviled the company as Unlimited Insurance). The call was recieved at 17:02 Thursday 27 August 2020. Upon informing the caller that I was in the meeting and she pronounced my name incorrectly, she went on to say "what kind of a man with has a woman name, what the ****" and slam the phone on me. Extremely insulting and unprofessional to say the least. For UNLIMELITED INSURANCE, I would highly not recommend anyone to them due to their telesellers' level of unprofessionalism like I experienced today.
