I am so highly ****ed with unlimited people I just went to my bank that if you stop a debit order from unlimited they come back with a different reference number proving that they are *****ulent and ****mers. I called them advised by my bank the agent was so rude being difficult to assist up until my airtime depleted. I just want them to stop debiting my account and refund me my money.
I received a call from unlimited Insurance agent offering me a package on my way home I had cancelled my package 3 years I advised the agent to call in 30 minutes as my battery was going to die. The agent did not call back I'm am seeing unauthorized debits in my account this morning another debit order I have consulted my bank. I want unlimited to refund me my money
I'm highly disappointed with quality of Woolworths clothing. I bought flip flops in December 2022 due to poor quality I returned them on Monday the 6th and got a new set.What puzzles me that the flip flops I bought in 2020 never had quality issues but as of 2021 your quality has gotten very poor. In 2021 I bought takkies counterfeit leather (snake branded) after been worn only 4 times the snake skin peeled of but they still look brand new. I took it up with the Manager by the name of Balungile who said they have a 6 months warranty when it comes to quality who emphasized that the slip states so. But there is no policy on the slip.i bought my son underwear the colour faded after 3 washes. How am I going to wear takkies that have peeled of. I'm so disappointed.
I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality Woolworths is selling to customers. 1st I bought talkies in December 2021 they are not genuine leather it's counterfeit leather (animal or snake design) I've only worn it 4 times in a year but that leather peeled off. I'm so disappointed I went to woolies Gateway spoke to a manager by the name of Balungile she told me that if it's a quality issue they will only take back within 6 months and insisted that the policy is written on the slip. I checked the slip the policy was not there and she refused to take back the takkies. I walked out highly angry. 2nd I bought flip flops in December 2022 still quality is poor I returned it but they gladly exchanged it coz it was within the 6 months period which I was told. I could list various issues im.having with quality I bought my son underwear after 2/3 washes the colour faded away. No guys I'm not happy.
I have audio problem on my DStv I took it to the Umhlanga Durban branch it was tested decoder fine the consultant said the volume was low she increased the volume and I could hear the audio. I got home still no sound. I was not advised whether my remote needs to be changed or if there were costs involved. Sent an email waited for 24hrs no reply spoke to Facebook team checked on.my reference told that the email help desk does not deal with my query but still no assistance from the Facebook team I'm.sitting with a DStv with no audio
Scammers they did an unauthorized transaction in my account. I want my money back.
I am having endless problems with Capitec in May I had problems now an unauthorized transaction went of when I went to the branch I'm told it's online shopping. I don't do online shopping and when I checked my back statement today was the 3rd time they have ran a transaction. What kind of a Bank that gets frauded easily that mean our accounts are being hacked in aware. I am told that this query will take up to 30 days plus be charged R80.00. I want my funds in my account today.
I cancelled my insurance in January but I had just find out that it's still active. My subscription was suspended the month of May and a payment of R400 was made yesterday service is still suspended. I called the contact center said the insurance took its subscription I still have a balance due. I want this insurance cancelled fund returned to my DStv subscription and activated today.
I started my polices with old mutual in 2018 . i have never missed a premium payment ever since and agreed to be debited on last day of month. December 2018 and 2019 they debited on the last day. All of a sudden in December2020 they decided to debit in the middle of the month without my consent. I reversed the debit expectingnit to run on the 31st of December which didnt happen waited for a double debit end of January2020 it didn't run. Visited the Bridgecity branch were the service was apolling from the consultant were he knead told that the contract that signed stipulated that since in December people get paid early debit orders fun early and i was sentban sms as a reminder. I specifically said no communication was sent and why in December2020 thatbOld mutual decides to debit randomly then constantly could not answer i was told i can be given a number to contact service department which i refused to take. The consultant called the call center the agent he does not know why Old mutual debited me in the middle of the. And finally which ****ednme the branch consultant said that my policy has lapsed due to non- payment and gave me a paper with banking details. I am totally disappointed with service should this not be resolved. Will take it up with ICASA.
On da 20th of December i was contacted by a sales agent from Ackermans while busy at work i advised the agent to call me later. Then visited my local branch and did the application on the 6th of this mnth submitted my bank statement told i would get feedback in 24 hours still nothing on Saturday the 9th i re- visited the branch the agent called head office he advised that i should do a store application again cause i was contacted and declined the offer. I re- did the application on the 10th till today i have not received any feedback from Ackerman. Im totally disappointed. All i want is feedback whether good or bad.
