I have been struggling to claim for the past two months for my claim but when they take they debit order they don't waste time I have send various emails spoke to alot of consultants and they all they the same thing and then don't come back to you they un help full I feel like they have frauded me it's so painfull when they sell the product all good but no claim I need help to take this further can I get assistance
Today I had the worse experience as I have been buying my building material at monarch I bout 3 doors at monarch to the value of 2000 each out of the two 2 was skew a**** return regarding the skewness of the door they rather blamed the supplier which is Loftus saying they.are at fault instead of trying to solve the issue when we insisted we want another door the manager Babsey rather advice we take our money back with attitude they gave me a number of Ducan which is their supplier and he advised that the door will not be replaced yet there is a 5 year warranty on the door their service was absolutely appauling and their customer service was disgusting
I purchased a 473ml redbul as I always do wen my day is Tiring and long to my disappointment aporn oprminv the can the lid broke only opening a small who while is try to get some out the redbull had another smell n the drink had no gas,then again trying for days to log compliant the numbers on websites does not work and a email complaint is only for over seas country's first time ever since I have been drinking redbul am I so disgust and disappointed
