Misleading adverti*****t, blatant lies, refuse to fix problem.
****mers, they advertise a gpu as excellent condition, yet when i received the card the fins were bent, there is corrosion and rust spots, the core clock was locked at 210 suggesting the card was used to mine crypto, they denied this and said the card was tested by them and achieved a "high score". They then demanded i send photos to back up my complaint, I sent photos. Every single email i sent i included my number yet not once has anyone called me, they then went on to rate my review and decided to say i couldn't back anything up, i cant prove anything, even though the photos were sent, their attitude is aggressive and sarcastic, and now also defamatory, they have commented in public " dont deal with this buyer he complains without proof" yet i have provided every single bit of proof they requested, this shows just how dishonest they are, i would advise anyone to absolutely NOT deal with these people, unless you are looking to be **********, they charged me almost new prices for a second hand card that they advertised as "Excellent" and as my phots show, it clearly was not. Avoid this place at all costs, they will be rude to you after they have ****med you.

I bought an intel i5 8400 cpu from them. The response time and delivery was fast and the CPU works perfectly fine after testing. The prices seem fair and they also give you the option to add thermal paste and a stock cooler for a little bit extra right before you finalize your purchase. A good experience and I can recommend them if you are looking for affordable components in working condition. I look forward to buying from them in the future.

Great Service and Customer Relations
Ordered a nearly new Lenovo Thinkpad from them which they helped to source. Great service. PC was promptly dispatched not withstanding the time of the year (Christmas/New Year) and they arranged the delivery to suit my timeframe. PC arrived exactly as advertised and almost like new. Wouldn't hesitate buying from them again!

Amazing !
I bought a motherboard and CPU from them, I wish all companies would work aswell as these guys do ! I had an issue with my motherboard none the less they were quick to help me solve the problem amazing customer service ! I will definitely be buying from them again

Failure to deliver
They have failed to hand over my purchase to the courier for delivery 3 days in a row. The owner is away due to an emergency and he said today my graphics card would be given to the courier but it wasn't. Disappointing.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Ordered a RX470 GPU from Unreal Tech advertised as "excellent condition" during the GPU shortage of 2021. The card came with a rusty and oxidised heatsink. The card would crash my PC every few minutes without fail. Tried to get in touch with UrealTech within the "refund period" but they ghosted since then. When I realised that I had been scammed by this company I opened up the card to discover it was also caked in dust and dirt, had only a smidgen of dry thermal paste and missing several thermal pads. Avoid doing business with this UnrealTech. No doubt they are peddling a large selection of broken PC part falsely advertised as "refurbished".
