Very Poor Aftermarket Service

I purchased a smart geyser switch from this company and the experience has been nothing short of painful and very costly for me. The switch is supposed to keep my geyser on a time switch using WIFI. The switch has been faulty from the first week of purchase and the team at Untamed having been giving me the run around for months now. I call them and ask for a replacement and they keep saying it is in transit.

Since the 10th of July they keep saying it is in transit but that is all. They respond with smoke and mirror answers.

The owner is quite active on Tik Tok selling smart home solutions but they have no regard that they sold a defective product and have no desire to replace my faulty unit.

I wake up to no hot water because the unit simply does not work they way it is supposed too.

If you are going to sell smart solutions then ensure it is exactly that.

They are rude and arrogant individuals who take offence to someone who calls them out on their poor service.
