I did not apply for Debt Review, but I am flagged. I went through all the trouble and got a clearance certificate and submitted it. An e-mail with confirmation of the removal was mailed to us, but the flag is still there. The call center does not answer if I phone (I was holding the line from 08h00 till 14h00 the past week every day) and the UP app does not let me dispute the incorrect flag. If I sent a whatsapp and ask to speak to a human, the "human" on the other side does not bother to attend to the actual problem. This is not fair !!!!!
