Unhappy customer!

We sent photos of our couch to be fixed. We brought the couch and chair in to be fixed, Confirmed the price. They called us 2 days later saying the price has gone up. Apparently, the story goes is that the worker working there tried to do a private job by not telling his boss. Our couch and chair still have not been collected by us as they wanted an extra R2000 to fix it. Nothing happened to the worker and they have my furniture.
