Unhappy customer!
We sent photos of our couch to be fixed. We brought the couch and chair in to be fixed, Confirmed the price. They called us 2 days later saying the price has gone up. Apparently, the story goes is that the worker working there tried to do a private job by not telling his boss. Our couch and chair still have not been collected by us as they wanted an extra R2000 to fix it. Nothing happened to the worker and they have my furniture.

Bad bad service
All was well when he collected and paid money. After few weeks ....no comment. But according to the owner he guaranteed his workmanship for 1year. When I called he gave me run around. Never doing business with that company yet Leather Gallery referred them to me. I wonder

Bad bad service

Upholstery Boyz Great Service!
Upholstery Boyz flipped my Victorian dresser and the result was simply overwhelming, like something out of Pinterest! Really! The result was exactly what I wanted and the service was professional and friendly. They sent pictures through every step requesting approval just to make sure they were on the right track. They pay attention to detail and the price was so affordable. I would highly recommend their service to flip and upholster your furniture, they are based in Springfield, Durban.

Please stay clear of this company. The owner is Richard, based in Hendon road Durban north. I paid R8000 to recover my lounge suite, Richard assured me that it would last at least 5 years. After 1 year started peeling. Called Richard, was extremely unhelpful. Had a rehe****d story. My family members that referred me to him also had a similar experience.
