There is no scent to the perfume I bought paid R565 for. When you complain you get an arrogant response. No customer service....just ****mers
I would like to place on record my total disappointment with Fury Ford Toti. I have been servicing my vehicle with them from brand new and recently went in for a turbo replacement. When I picked up the vehicle there was a dent on the passenger door. I reported this to The service consultant, who together with Service manager Alfie agreed from pictures taken on the day that the dent was pre-existing. The angle of the photo is not conclusive. My vehicle had just come out of the panel beaters for scratch and dent a week before!!!! They clearly don't need customers.
I have applied for the Covid-19 relief from Wesbank 3 weeks ago and submitted all relevant documentation. I was promised via an email that i have been provisionally accepted, but i needed to provide financials....... With non essential services being affected by Covid 19 lockdown..... My accountants are closed. Called the call centre, the consultant advised that i would not be debited and they have received my request. Next day.......i am debited and I have no funds available, because im self employed..... Hence the Covid-19 application for Relief!!!!! This after Wesbank CEO Chris De Kock on 2 April 2020, promising that customers in good standing will get their vehicle payments deferred for 3 months!!!!! Pathetic services from Wesbank.
I have been with this bank for more than 18 years, i have my home loan, vehicle finance, personal account, credit card and business account. During the Covid-19 shutdown , they have shown their true colors. We saw other banks helping their clients and found and still find FNB dragging their feet!!!!!. They publicize relief programs , yet their staff are unaware of any relief programs. I am still awaiting any feedback for my home loan and vehicle finance relief!!!!
Please stay clear of this company. The owner is Richard, based in Hendon road Durban north. I paid R8000 to recover my lounge suite, Richard assured me that it would last at least 5 years. After 1 year started peeling. Called Richard, was extremely unhelpful. Had a rehe****d story. My family members that referred me to him also had a similar experience.
I would like to compliment Mr Carpot on their excellent service. I had Indran and his team doing work at my home twice and he has been professional and efficient from the quote till fitment. He is also very competitive in his pricing. I definitely would recommend him. Dr Dean Naidoo
