I wish we didn't have to give even a one star, it was absolutely terrible and a waste of money First R120 is expensive for such a small house, second the house is so small smaller then where I stay, not even 5 minues you walk in and out nothing special honestly it was a waste

Staff don't greet and are unwilling to assist. Ticket salesman is blunt and rude. The place is dirty with litter and alcohol bottles all over. Entrance stairs to the house were broken so how is anyone supposed to enter? Nevermind the safety risk. Once deciding to go through the exit, you find more litter and empty alcohol bottles and cans inside the house. The place is dirty and clearly not maintained. What a waste of money and time, even if it was clean it would take less than 5minutes to walk through the house and take photos, with nothing else to do outside.

Sent this mail to them... They don't care to respond or call.. Dear Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. My family and I visited this morning, and it was nothing short of a disappointing experience. We were hoping for a relaxing and peaceful family outing, but instead, we were met with a cacophony of noise from the loud music and noisy patrons. The patrons in question were playing the radio at an unbearable volume, and it was impossible to hear each other without raising our voices to an uncomfortable level. The noise level was such that it made the entire experience incredibly challenging for us, and we could not enjoy our time at your establishment. We stayed for just five minutes before deciding to leave, and yet we were charged a total of R360 for an experience that we could not even enjoy. This amount was much too high, considering that we were not even able to stay for an extended period. Moreover, it did not feel like a suitable environment for families with kids. We feel incredibly let down by our experience. We did not receive the service we paid for. As such, we request a full refund for our visit to your establishment. In addition I witnessed another family go through the same experience and left your establishment. I registered my concern with the security who agreed that these noise levels were unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this request may cause, but we feel that this is the right course of action in the circumstances. We believe that you take customer satisfaction seriously, and we hope that our request will be honored as quickly as possible. Thank you for taking the time to read our complaint. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely This is extremely disappointing that I have not received an acknowledgement or even a phone call to discuss the matter.....

Not worth a cent over R50.00 and that's being generous. A group of my family members went to visit The Upside down house. From entrance, walking through the house and exit took us about 15min!!! It took longer walking down to the house than through the house!!! The R100.00 admission fee is NOT worth the time nor the experience. A R50.00 charge.....yeah ok, just for a stop by but even that is more than I would be willing to pay. Bottom line, it is not worth the R100.00 admission at all. The only worth in the money spent was to scratch it off the list as a "NEVER AND NEVER AGAIN".
