R700 deducted and no delivery of the sim or call for a mere update

They called me for a R199 sim deal two months ago and August they deducted R499 instead of R199 then this month they took R199 with no sight of my sim card. The sad thing is that I needed that sim for my studies to not miss out in class on my way home and my R700 is gone. They are not bothered to call and if they do you will get empty promises guys please do not take anything from these people on the calls because what they deduct is not what they say on calls.
