My review comes from a long time URBAN LIMITS landlord , or should I say Denise Weinstein’s landlord. The comment on Google review directed at the company “Hometown properties” is an attack on Matthew and not on the company. I have met Matthew through Denise, whom I do know for 6 years. She has rented my property out in the past, when she worked for URBAN LIMITS. Let me start by saying Denise is an amazing agent. She later moved to hometown properties to work along side Matthew. Since Denise left (URBAN LIMITS) they have become a free for all agency. (No ethics and no values) my opinion she was badly treated there, so the negative comments on the Google Hometown Properties review page are coming from the owner of URBAN LIMITS. (Sour g****s) you should have looked after your previous agents and they would have never left you . Tenants and landlords I advise you go speak to estate managers of your complexes and I assure you Denise and Matthew will get praise non stop. I cannot say the same for URBAN LIMITS. Since Denise left I have followed her to Hometown Properties, and have no regret. Mark has since hired new agents which I believe used to work for Hometown Properties! So that alone speaks volumes , just ask yourself, how can Hometown be that bad, when URBAN LIMITS has hired 2 of there agents. Now my post is being put in URBAN LIMITS review , because URBAN LIMITS or should I say NO LIMITS , called a relative of mine (small world) not to use (Hometown Properties) in which they bad mouthed Matthew over the phone. This is ******* practice and I have advised Matthew and Team to take this matter further. I have proof. Hometown Properties take the matter legal. As I stated, Landlords speak to your estate manager for referrals (Matthew and company are 5 star) You can go to his office he has an office, this shows professionalism. URBAN LIMITS has no office each agent works from home or there car, makes you wonder are they estate agents or . Be very very careful they have become a very ***** company. Denise and team continue doing positive work. Best thing you could have ever done was leave this lousy company. Mark as an owner you need to grow up. If you are so besotted with there company I can arrange for him to hire you or train you.

The Bad review is towards the specific agent “Charmayne Graziani.” Landlords she will place anyone in your property. She placed tenants that were not mentioned on the lease . I received my property with R15,000 worth of damages and R18,000 of utilities not paid . This is how our unit was given back to me . “ LANDLORDS “ be careful (1) she placed a Nigerian in my unit that was not on the lease , when confronted , she said the applicant is the wife, no mention on lease of Nigerian (2) we couldn’t get him out, had to pay to evict (3) he never paid his last months rent and as you can see from photos the damage , this is how the unit was given back (4) she was asked to assist in getting him out , she rep**** “that’s not my Job” . Rather Do Not Use Her ! She’s 100% there for her commission only . She knew the tennat was not qualified, the credit score was a F as you can see and she still placed her .

My partner and I (Nonhlanhla and Luyanda) would like to take this moment to show gratitude in respect of a great service we received from your agent, by the name 'Alla Bartas'. Taking into account how emotional and mentally demanding such a process of acquiring and choosing the right home, tends to be at times, she rather made it smooth, easy and enjoyable. Our wish is for all those who anticipate to take a similar journey/path to encounter and experience the very same great service in the same manner in which we received it.

BEWARE of this company, their rental contract specifies that even if a tenant have a valid reason for terminating their lease agreement before it expires and even if the notice of termination was done more than a month in advance. They will take the tenant's deposit money to pay their agents commission for the remainder of the contract, if the home owner decides to take on a new rental company. In my case they are taking R5544 of my R7600 deposit and that because the owner decided to go over to Property Professionals as Urban Limits did not even do one inspection in the 15 months that I stayed in the house. I was dealing with Urban Limits in Parys in the Free State. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE !!
