My partner and I (Nonhlanhla and Luyanda) would like to take this moment to show gratitude in respect of a great service we received from your agent, by the name 'Alla Bartas'. Taking into account how emotional and mentally demanding such a process of acquiring and choosing the right home, tends to be at times, she rather made it smooth, easy and enjoyable. Our wish is for all those who anticipate to take a similar journey/path to encounter and experience the very same great service in the same manner in which we received it.
I am appalled and hereby express my dissatisfaction for poor service rendered by Intercape and would like to claim for reimbur*****t in respect of my trip that was cut off due to poorly check/inspected bus that as a result had a mechanical breakdown which left me standing on the side of the road dehydrated, hungry and with no communication, apologies or courtesy services, passengers were stranded for more 6 hours in Piet Retief where those who could arranged alterative transport to their destination, and i was one of those. I had to self arrange for myself for alternative transport due to urgency of my traveling purposes. My bus was from Johannesburg to Empangeni, however, it only took me as far as Piet Retief. Bus details and date of the tripe with reference number - Reg - ICG216GP, Ticket ref - 0510230391LL473, Date - 5th October 2023, Time - 08:00 to 17:25. The breakdown was axectly at 15:00 and I stood there until 20:00 with no thorough communication from anyone from Intercape.
I would like to take this opportunity in appreciation of exceptional service from one of you consultants (Alicia De Waal). It's not an everyday thing to be dealt with in such a good way, therefore having been in a circumstance, she really brightened my day when she assisted me with my claim.
