The lady here a waitress she said to me if I'm expecting a great service from her, there's a door. Meanwhile I was talking to a customer next to me who was complaining about waiting at a bar for a beer for 45min. I have a picture for her, she's very rude. No customer service at all

This small hotel situated on the corner of Plein and Barrack Streets within Cape Town city centre offers the worst unacceptable customer service. Staff are unfriendly, have attitudes, rude and are seemingly ****** towards european (white) customers. Disgraceful for the tourism industry of Cape Town. The reception and customer services managers have a couldn't care less attitude and choose to occupy themselves mostly with their mobile phones than attend to customers needs and any complaints which gets laughed off. Absolutely disrespectful and pathetic bad shocking and unprofessional service. This sentiment and complaint about this wanna be hotel is shared by too many other customers aswell, many no longer support, trying to talk to the German owner is like trying to get ahold of God to talk to directly. This establishments professionalism expected within any and all hotels is too seemingly non existent. Asking for assistance including the contact email of the owner, where the manager is or so is met with, "don't know the owners name", "don't know where manager is", lies, lies, lies...then gossiped about and laughed about the treatment dished out. What is notable is that the foreign nationals employed to servic customers and run the bar area treats customers with total disrespect, its like they own the place and will treat a local, any other customer anyway they please GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT A MISS.
