Management don't care, BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!

We have not had a DSTV connection since last wee****! we have been charged by DSTV though we are not using the services. THEY HAVE NOT SAID ANYTHING TO US BESIDES A LOUSY SMS SAYING THEY WILL ATTEND TO IT ASAP. WE DONT EVEN KNOW WHO TO AS****! I MUST SAY THIS IS A BAD SERVICE BY THE COMPLEX AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!!!
