I am so disgusted with DSTV. I have fully paid my Dstv price lock last year September but it still appears on my credit record. I have called numerous times and they promised to sort it out. I'm am still waiting. Do you understand the impact that has on my credit? Please stop messing with our lives!!!
I had a price lock, which would be registered on credit bureau. I finished paying for the price lock, but DSTV did not remove their accounts there. There are 2 accounts that have been reflecting negetive ever since last year and they have been affecting my credit record. I HATE THIS ORGANIZATION
I have 2 decoders, 1 disconnected and 1 connected. Surprisingly last month I see that I have to pay for 2 decoders. I called and the agent told me the system connected the other 1 by mistake and he will disconnect and remove the amount. Days went by and nothing happened. Today I called again, I was made to hold for 20 minutes. Wasted my airtime and my time and still could not be helped. DSTV continues being mediocre!!
I have ordered a router and it was delivered. I have paid the money upfront ofcos, but the sim card is not working at all. They told me they activated the wrong one and will fix it. Everyday its a different person calling and promising to get back to me. I have requested to cancel my account cos I am not getting my money's worth!!! But still nothing from their side. WHAT SERVICE
The reason we pay for these services is to be able to work from home. Accelerit either drops now and then, or the fibre connection is gone for about 18 hours. How do you work with such? If you have an alternative, please stay away from Accelerit
DSTV better watch out. As soon as every household has an internet, they will be out of business. I pay for Access but I cant record or catch up. The keep saying its fixed, then few hours later, back to square 1. Their recommendation is to buy a new 1 cos software might be corrupt after update. Who did the update cos its their update?? now I must buy another one? Poor service. Busy installing Fibre, leaving them for good!!
In these times when we work from home, a reliable fiber network is essential. Accelerit networks keep going down in the middle of the day whilst we working. Its not convenient as we are behind with our work. If I had an alternative I would change, this is disgusting !!!!
We have not had a DSTV connection since last week at Urban Ridge East Midrand!!!! we have been charged by DSTV though we are not using the services. THEY HAVE NOT SAID ANYTHING TO US BESIDES A LOUSY SMS SAYING THEY WILL ATTEND TO IT ASAP. WE DONT EVEN KNOW WHO TO AS****! I MUST SAY THIS IS A BAD SERVICE BY THE COMPLEX AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!!!
