Urban Ridge property Midrand

I asked the security to get me a lockssmith, they never called or gave me feedback. As desperate as i was, i called my own locksdmith with who quickly came to my rescue. The building lockdmith came in later without a phone call call, only to find me assisted. Forced me the sign some form lying that its just to confirm im fine... Today they want me to pay them for what i don't know. How can i pay 2 lockssmiths. Iv sent them many emails and Noone response. They threatening me everyday
