They never respond to emails. They have taken my account to collections and i have no idea what i owe mtn for. Even if u try to reach out so that u can understand noone response. Im very disappointed. I wouldvr loved to do business with u again in future but oh well.

I need urgent assistance. I have asked the manager of IHS to call me and assist with a locker. Noone called me i ended up calling an external locksmith who came with a second. IHS locksmith arrived hours later and found me assisted. They forced/tricked me to sign something. Today they claim i owe them. I have sent them numerous emails but they never respond. Even managememt ignores me. Since they said they will investigate its been a year now, still no feedback but they take me to collections. How can i pay 2 locksmiths, robbery.

Urban Ridge property Midrand
I asked the security to get me a lockssmith, they never called or gave me feedback. As desperate as i was, i called my own locksdmith with who quickly came to my rescue. The building lockdmith came in later without a phone call call, only to find me assisted. Forced me the sign some form lying that its just to confirm im fine... Today they want me to pay them for what i don't know. How can i pay 2 lockssmiths. Iv sent them many emails and Noone response. They threatening me everyday
