This company is dishonest. They were in our complex for over a year, we had endless billing issues, overcharging, poor customer support and currently the complexes power is cut off due to non payment from Urban to Eskom in their final month.
Cobus is not answering while an entire complex sits without power.
Any complex using this company should change their provider to an ethical one.
No response to the challenges have been recieved by the company.
