Absolutely terrible service provider and ******. When our Estate decided to switch service providers for water and electricity metering services after endless issues water and electricity billing inconsistencies and over billing, they decided not to pay the electricity bill after they collected all the money from residents/tenanats resulting in a disconnection by the Eskom. They have since been unreachable Cobus Van Den Bergh is not responding to calls or texts.

This company is dishonest. They were in our complex for over a year, we had endless billing issues, overcharging, poor customer support and currently the complexes power is cut off due to non payment from Urban to Eskom in their final month. Cobus is not answering while an entire complex sits without power. Any complex using this company should change their provider to an ethical one. No response to the challenges have been recieved by the company.

This company is dishonest. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from Top Charge, the utility providers for Zelri Property (Benoni Heights). The triple charging for water and sanitation has left me in the dark, literally. The bills I receive are inconsistent and don't match the readings on my slip. When I email them to query the discrepancies, they simply respond with "this is your billing" without providing any explanation or resolution. As a single occupant, I'm shocked to receive a bill of R835 for water. I don't do laundry every week, and my usage is moderate at best. The charges are exorbitant and unjustified. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Top Charge. Their billing system is flawed, and their customer service is unhelpful. I hope that someone will take notice of this review and take corrective action.

These guys are useless. They installed a meter to monitor my power usage over a year ago. I even had to pay extra for a "special" meter. I have never received a report from them. I have tried to call them over the past couple of months and have been able to get through. They always take messages but never call back. Don't waste your time nor money.
