Urban Utilities Missing in Action
These guys are useless. They installed a meter to monitor my power usage over a year ago. I even had to pay extra for a "special" meter. I have never received a report from them. I have tried to call them over the past couple of months and have been able to get through. They always take messages but never call back. Don't waste your time nor money.

Run... Run very far away from these people.
These guys are a joke. I ordered two items. After 6 weeks, one of my items arrived, not the other. A further 2 weeks later and still nothing. No response to my mails, IM messages, nothing. They don't answer their phones either. If anyone from Reliable Store reads this, order 7603, I want my money back.
