I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from Top Charge, the utility providers for Zelri Property (Benoni Heights). The triple charging for water and sanitation has left me in the dark, literally. The bills I receive are inconsistent and don't match the readings on my slip. When I email them to query the discrepancies, they simply respond with "this is your billing" without providing any explanation or resolution. As a single occupant, I'm shocked to receive a bill of R835 for water. I don't do laundry every week, and my usage is moderate at best. The charges are exorbitant and unjustified. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Top Charge. Their billing system is flawed, and their customer service is unhelpful. I hope that someone will take notice of this review and take corrective action.
Well i was owing total sport until the decide to transfer the case to DMC and we made an arrangements of paying certain amount for 3 months we had an agreement and all of the sudden they tell me im still owing more money therefore they cant issue certificate so whats more money do they want the other consultant told me that my final deduction will be on the 27th hence they deducted today and its not the final deduction whats that? Can someone help me get the management because the so called consultant refuse to give me the email for his manager
Well the lady who was helping me she was patient with me and she even offer to pay me but unfortunately it was not accepted and she was polite, she kept calling and checking if i can be able to pay the bill she was laughing and making a conversation you can tell that she love what is she doing☺️ the lady's name is Kopano Matabologe i really loved her service🤞🏼 Thank you Kopano, you are appreciated
