Urbanvest was the worst property I lived at.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

The worst place I've ever lived at was a Urbanvest property (Silber Court). Firstly, poorly maintained. Mold all over the bathrooms, no pest control. But that's just the start. They will charge you for everything you can imagine and then some. Their monthly admin fee was always fluctuating. Upon moving out, they try by all means to make sure you don't get a single cent of your deposit. They'll charge you for unnecessary paint work, keys they never gave you, things that aren't even broken/damaged.

I regret having spent the little time I did there. WORST.
