Exceptional Customer Service!

After battling for hours to connect my UPS, I decided to call my ISP Urbanwave. Cynthia who was very friendly and professional told me to calm down they would definitely assist me, put me through to support. Kenny was just amazing and assisted me step by step, he didn't even make me feel dumb( which I deserved) however he made sure everything was working and perfect.
