Unprofessional and arrogant manager
I am speechless to the horrible unprofessional service i just received from the manager Gerald not the way to deal with customers in that manner, my internet has been down for two whole days now and they can only help me tomorrow, also apparently they do not do there own cabling some elves magically appear at night and do it.. can not believe the level of the bad service i have received definitely would not recommend you to anyone really pathetic

Urbanwave- best internet provider
Urbanwave is my service-provider since almost 5 Years. Their signal is very reliable, and technical support incredible! One gets help 7 days a week, and if they cannot fix a problem directly from their side, technicians will come the next day latest. I don't think one can find a better service-provider.

Urbanwave- best internet provider
Urbanwave is my service-provider since almost 5 Years. Their signal is very reliable, and technical support incredible! One gets help 7 days a week, and if they cannot fix a problem directly from their side, technicians will come the next day latest. I don't think one can find a better service-provider.

Exceptional Customer Service!
After battling for hours to connect my UPS, I decided to call my ISP Urbanwave. Cynthia who was very friendly and professional told me to calm down they would definitely assist me, put me through to support. Kenny was just amazing and assisted me step by step, he didn't even make me feel dumb( which I deserved) however he made sure everything was working and perfect. I really can't thank Urbanwave enough for their exceptional customer service, they are the best! www.urbanwave.co.za

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their customer service, support team and general professionalism is excellent. A very rare occurrence in today's South Africa.
