DO NOT RENT HERE

I stayed at the place for 7 months and just had to move out and find another place. You will be charged up to 4x the normal rate for water, I was charged between R1300-1500 for one month’s usage. When I exited the property they did not avail themselves for the moving out inspection then charged me R2500 for things that were not damaged upon me exiting and then proceeded to charge me R2200 paint for a 40sqm 2 bedroom Apartment. They are extremely unethical, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!
