This is to express my disappointment on this place as a whole. This is after being now bul**** by the guards that were on night shift on Sunday. I sent my brother a visitors code as per normal, the guards stood inside their guardhouse and did not come out to attend the visitor at the gate and told my brother that if the person that stays at the complex has fingerprints registered, then they need to open the gate and then closed the window and the door and stayed inside. This is one of many issues that I have with this place. We pay for parking and yet we do not have designated parking bays. I asked them to debit my account on the 20th or the next business day as my salary gets paid on the 20th even if it is on a Sunday and we agreed that they will then debit my account on the next business day, on 2 occasions they debited my account on the 19th which inconvenienced me heavily as they debited money that was meant to pay Lobola on that very same day, till today no one responded to my complain. which is the same thing that happened when i reported the security guards issue, Katleho blatantly ignored my texts.

This is a great place to live in! They have extremely competitive prices for luxury living! The estate is safe and well maintained! I love the play area for kids as its big and has multiple things for kids to do! And the estate agents are just wonderful people, MK and Bongi, they made my stay here wonderful! I’d refer my loved ones here.

This is a great place to live in! They have extremely competitive prices for luxury living! The estate is safe and well maintained! I stayed at the place for 7 months and just had to move out and find another place. You will be charged up to 4x the normal rate for water, I was charged between R1300-1500 for one month’s usage. When I exited the property they did not avail themselves for the moving out inspection then charged me R2500 for things that were not damaged upon me exiting and then proceeded to charge me R2200 paint for a 40sqm 2 bedroom Apartment. They are extremely unethical, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

I stayed at the place for 7 months and just had to move out and find another place. You will be charged up to 4x the normal rate for water, I was charged between R1300-1500 for one month’s usage. Yerrrrrr this place gets worse each day. Week in and out its statements of things we don’t even understand. Where the hell do we get money from. This is the last straw. We moving out! We can’t be paying for hot water when we buying electricity prepaid!

I don’t even know where to start. Almost every month now our power is cut off without any communication whatsoever! Its so frustrating because we were moved from bill to prepaid electricity. Ever since everything has been amiss. Worse part they sent out water and sanitation bill of over R1600!!! How?! My husband and I hardly home, even on weekends. How can we have used such an amount of water?? Are we popeyes? I honestly can’t wait to move out yooooo. I’ve had it! I’m typing like this we in the dark, no communication method nothing!

My fiancé passed away last year in October, I filed everything that they required from me and sent documents that they needed, but to this day I haven’t received my deposit back. My emails are constantly ignored. This is frustrating

This place is a trap, you don't get told exactly what you are going to be paying for, I was told by the agent that I would not be charged more than R250,guess how much I am being charged now?more than R400 and when I try to get an explanation their estate manager is extremely impatient and uses a condescending tone.
