They actually deserve zero star! My balloon payment is due on 25.01.2026 and tell me why MFC refinanced my vehicle for 18 months without me agreeing to it and their reason is that they reminded me on November about my balloon! To say I am irritated is to say they least. What the hell is this? May I never come across this division ever again in my life!
A disappointing experience at the end of the deal. Key handover was so underwhelming, the agent whose name starts with L failed to even find decent cleaning services for the house. The gift was even worse, a cheap wine I nearly threw away because it was left on a counter hidden behind a mess. Big ups to Rori for taking care of us from the beginning without classing us, I wish he was given the opportunity to handle our deal from beginning to end. To Firzt Midrand Midrand, give Rori a chance to handle deals alone, he’s so much better and more honest that the other guy.
Every time I order online my parcel is always delayed and not delivered on time. This time around it’s worse because I ordered stuff for my birthday weekend which was supposed to have been delivered between Wednesday and Friday but I still do not have my stuff. They handed them to courierit who are worse when it comes to service delivery and reliability!! No communication whatsoever and now I have to wait for a new week to hope that they will deliver. I used a specific address because I would be available on scheduled delivery date, now everything is a mess because I am unavailable from next week! What is this adidas???
Unprofessional and Unreliable! I don’t why did Adidas gave them my parcel honestly! They ruined my birthday weekend! They will send automated messages through WhatsApp that is unattended and not even attach contacts of the driver handling your parcel. Lies about their delivery date and they do not even communicate! I am beyond ****ed! Adidas needs to do better honestly!
First of all, I would like to appreciate Trevor from Client Care for his kind words and great service into renewing my car insurance. This is after my car was ****** and King Price approved my claim without adding on the stress than I already had. I recommend them and highly recommend Trevor.
My first review was deleted! I repeat this establishment deserves 0 start! They still not responding to our calls, DM’s and messages regarding our couch. Its lies after lies! Do not waste your money on lifestyle home! Imagine fighting everyday to even get your call answered to for the money you worked hard for. Making this purchase will remain the worst decision I have ever taken! Lifestyle Home give us our couch or money!!!!
These people deserve zero star. We ordered a couch in January that was due for delivery in April but we still haven’t received it. They closed off the SM comment section, when you call they promise to get back to you but will never! Our last resort is to call X-Repo and deal with these ****mers once and for all.
I wish there was a ZERO star! I don’t know which one is worse from them lying about being on a 3 months trial or them canceling the product without communication. And it gets better… when you join everything goes swiftly but when it’s time to solve issues they bluntly tell you they won’t help you. Michael from cancellation department openly said he wants to speak to my husband and won’t speak to me, the person paying for vitality! I regret the day I signed up. Take vitality at your own risk! Very poor and unprofessional service.
Yerrrrrr this place gets worse each day. Week in and out its statements of things we don’t even understand. Where the hell do we get money from. This is the last straw. We moving out! We can’t be paying for hot water when we buying electricity prepaid!
Avis have a scammer as an employee, Rosina Nakedi Malope. Tell her people want their monies she scammed through her fake events company! For all we know she could also be scamming Avis clients.
