Utmost poor service

The service delivery from this company is very poor.

More than R 1 200 000 was spent for solar systems at different premises and all that both Mr Jan Snyman Jnr and Snr do is manipulate and give you the run-a-round.

We paid for goods that is still under warranty that needs to be replaced - which was supposed to take 7 days to repair / exchange and it has been more than a month now.

Every time one follows up, they have excuses of being in strategic planning meetings or busy with installations and will arrange for the installation. Or they make an arrangement but don't keep to it.

I would not advise anyone to make use of Utas Renewable Energy's services.
