The service delivery from this company is very poor. More than R 1 200 000 was spent for solar systems at different premises and all that both Mr Jan Snyman Jnr and Snr do is manipulate and give you the run-a-round. We paid for goods that is still under warranty that needs to be replaced - which was supposed to take 7 days to repair / exchange and it has been more than a month now. Every time one follows up, they have excuses of being in strategic planning meetings or busy with installations and will arrange for the installation. Or they make an arrangement but don't keep to it. I would not advise anyone to make use of Utas Renewable Energy's services.
We've tried to cancel our Business account since beginning of August, submitted all documents required on their website, sent numerous e-mails, returned debit orders but still they just debit our account. This after we received confirmation that Telkom processed our requests. You can not phone them - you hold on for ever and no one answers.
We've sent through a cancellation notice on 30/9/2019 as our contract would end 31/10/2019. After numerous follow ups without any response and we still get your monthly invoice. If you phone Sasfin, (if they answer) you get put through from one person to the next and nobody can assist you. I feel it is really unacceptable for a company to treat their customers this way.
Ek het 'n MTN data kontrak uitgeneem ongeveer 2012, een maal opgegradeer MTN het bevestig dat dit oorgaan na 'n maand tot maand kontrak, Het in Jun 2017 'n kansellasie versoek deur gestuur, MTN het die epos gelees maar geen terugvoer gegee nie. Het verskeie kere geskakel om dit telefonies te kanselleer, soms sny die foon uit ander kere hou jy amper 'n uur aan sonder dat enige iemand antwoord. Okt 2017 weer kansellasie skrywe gestuur, hulle het weer gelees maar steeds nie skriftelik of telefonies met my in verbinding getree nie dus was ek genoodsaak om 'n stop betaling te doen. Saterdag het ek 'n sms ontvang dat my rekening oorhandig is vir invordering. My kantoor het VVM geskakel wat MTN se invorderings doen. VVM het my kantoor mee gedeel dat die kontrak eers Des verval want ons het die kontrak opgegradeer. Met versoek vir 'n afskrif van die getekende kontrak moes ons 'n epos aan hulle stuur met die versoek - hierdie neem 72 uur. Vanoggend het my kantoor opgevolg die versoek is nooit na MTN gestuur vir die afskrif van die kontrak nie, hulle het dit eers vanoggend deur gestuur na MTN wat nou weer 72 uur gaan neem. Intussen is ek weer gekontak deur die invorderings maatskappy.
