I am giving these Managing Agents 1 star, because there is no option for 0 stars.

Extremely useless, unprofessional, and every other negative word you can find to describe them!

I would discourage anyone from NOT using their services.

They do not correspond or reply to queries and/or complaints, citing that they only take instructions from the Trustees. They also seem to favour dishonest Trustees over honest ones.

Right from their PA, to Portfolio Manager to the head, they are all useless and full excuses at not giving any information, always pushing the buck on to another member of staff.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGING AGENTS, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

AS THEY SAY, PAY PEANUTS, GET ******S!!!!
