Diseased product from Utopian Terrariums

If this is Eutopian Terrariums then the review is for you. If not let me know and I’ll remove it. Review is about a terrarium I purchased which was diseased. Multiple messages to their Instagram page and they don’t bother to respond. Poor reseller appears to be in the dark too. What baffles me is why a company advertises on social media but doesn’t manage the account! Silly in this day and age.
