Quick to charge you, but useless when it comes to maintenance

I know them as Inqb8. Been living in a complex which they own/manage, but they are so *********** when it comes to maintenance. We moved in during Jan 2023 and reported a window leak during the first few days of living here. A maintenance team did arrive and fiddle with the rain gutter above the window which was causing the issue, but the issue still persisted as we witnessed with the next rainfall. Last time I reported this, the maintenance team arrived eventually and literally only took a picture of the gutter and head off. After that I have not seen them again. I've sent multiple complaints regarding this and now I'm getting in trouble for hanging bedding on the balcony. BUT I HAVE TO BECAUSE OUR ROOM FLOODED FROM THE WINDOW. Our time being in the complex has been horrible and management/maintenance is truly ***********. Always quick to charge you for things but when you need them to to their job then they are utterly useless.

If you plan to have your patience tested then do consider renting from this company.
