VIP PETS - DO NOT SUPPORT

We have had a terrible experince with the owner Colin. Spending thousands a month on our fish and other animals they were always the only place we went to for our animal stuff this quickly changed when I was treated like a criminal when I returned fish meds that I bought too much of. I will definitely not be spending 1 more cent to make him anymore richer after this experience. It's a pity as his staff are awesome even his son Brynn but since Brynn has left i would rather not support Vip anymore I'f it means I don't need to look into Colin's face again he seems to think he is doing his customers a favour not that we are the ones putting food on his table or anything I mean we are only customers u know not important to the business at all. I will find somewhere else to spend my thousands every month I am sure we will find the products cheaper anyway as they were abit pricey to begin with but we had a good relationship with the staff so we overlooked that , cheers Vip will definitely not rate u well anymore thanks to the way Colin thinks its acceptable to treat customers
